No Response from Flex

I returned a Maestro that my wife bought as a Christmas gift to me. After trying it for a few hours, I decided I would rather use my computer and requested an RMA from Flex on 12/28/25. I got a response on 1/5/26 and shipped out the same day. Flex received it 1/9/26 and responded that it was being sent to Services and Repairs for inspection and I would receive their assessment within 5 business days. It's been over 3 weeks now and after 8 inquiries to the open Help Desk ticket, e-mails, phone calls, and a new Help Desk ticket, I've yet to receive any kind of response about my $1704.00 refund. Phone calls get me a voice mail promising to return my call shortly. E-mails say the same thing.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
