Log4OM & SSDR4.0.1 Install?

Is anyone currently using Log4OM with SSDR?

I have an 8600, Win11 PC and can't get the two to connect. Need some advice on getting to work.

I'm using Log4OM along with N1MM with SSDR. In SSDR, in CAT Management tab in Log4OM settings, I set CAT Engine field to OmniRig. In Log4OM select Connect|CAT|Show CAT Interface. This should open the Omni-Rig Settings window.

    Rig type: TS-440 (or "SmartSDR")

Port: same port number as defined in SSDR (see below)

    Baud Rate: 9600

    Data/Parity/Stop: 8/None/2

    RTS/DTR: Low/Low

    In Log4OM, Select Connect|CAT|Start CAT

In SmartSDR you will need a new CAT port: Protocol: CAT, Port Type: Serial Port. I named my port "Flex 6400". Click/select "Auto Switch TX slice".

I used to use HamLib, but found OmniRig to be more reliable for my use.

Tnx for feedback - I did get it to work yesterday. For some reason one of the SmartCAT ports I had created was not working. So shifted to another previously created CAT port ad it's working.

    Using TS2000 in OmniRig 38400

    8 None 1 High High 100 400

Same setup as you in Log4OM

Someone in Log4OM community suggested I try HamLib - but majority seems to be using Omni-Rig

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
