How to check if VSP is busy?

Hi,

In SmartSdr Cat, when adding ports, port 4 appears first. From ports 1-4, I have a Moxa card with 4 RS232 ports, which I need for other transceivers I have. After resetting the CAT ports, Flex VSP 5 appears installed in Device Manager, even though I haven't added any VSP ports in CAT yet. I have Flex control on port 9 of the Flexradio. VSP5 appears first when adding a VSP in CAT. Why is it visible in Device Manager without adding any ports in CAT? If I uninstall it, it reappears after restarting the PC. How do I check if this port is occupied in SSDR? I added ports 6.7.8 in CAT. When adding a VSP in Virtual Serial Port Driver, port 5 is occupied.
