Amp keying fine with PTT but not with MOX button or WSJT-X (MSK144)

Hello-
I am missing something basic and I would appreciate some help.

Flex 6600 and SPE Expert 2K-FA amplifier. It works with footswitch and button on side of Radiosport headphones. However, the amp does not turn on if I activate the MOX button on the SmartSDR screen and it does not turn on when I try to transmit under the WSJT-X software (MSK144 as an example). Under the TX band settings tab, I have all of the tabs checked for ACC TX, RCA TX Req, ACC TX Req, and RCA TX1 checked for the 160-6 meter bands.

Amp is set up for Flex CAT control and is working with the footswitch as stated above.

I am overlooking something, so I would appreciate any insights.
