CWX active when its not?

Hello all,

I setup some text in CWX so I can send these strings of characters at the press of a function key. That all works well, but I noticed that even when CWX is not selected the press of the associated function key still sends the text. Is that normal? Seems like if CWX isn't selected it shouldn't send the characters.

    Hi Phil, yes, that is how it works. Further, CWX does not honor the Breakin status. In other words, it will transmit whether Breakin is on or off.

    OK if that's normal behavior. Doesn't seem like a good idea the way it is but i guess anything else would be an enhancement request. I wonder if the MACOS version behaves the same way.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
