Hi Ken, I would submit a help desk ticket.

    Len,

    done.

Tim has responded with a question that I've answered. No resolution - yet. I'm sure something is coming.

Interestingly there are other things observed on the SSDR display. There are buttons that the text is grayed out. Audio slider in the RX display object is at zero - not by my action. There is nothing in the windows logs to indicate an application issue.

I've had similar button gray out before with 3.10.10 that a simple restart would recover. This time reboot of PC, the 6500 cold start etc does nothing to correct the issue.

I'm about to uninstall and reinstall to see if this fixes but am waiting to see if Tim needs any information I can gather.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
