DownEast Microwave BCD-5000 issues

Having trouble getting the BCD-5000 installed and working. After configuring XVTR and UCD, PowerSDR will no longer launch (hangs about 1 second before completion showing a blank UCD window). At this point the only way to get PowerSDR to launch is by removing the BCD-5000 hardware from the FlexWire port. I've removed and reloaded PowerSDR with no changes. Anyone have insight on this dilemma as DownEast Microwave has no advice. Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
