Login to Smartlink with new Maestro works - but fail with older Maestro

Hello,
i have two Maestros - Version C and B.
Connection to smartlink is working well with new Maestro (C), but not working with the old one.
on the old one i get "Email or password is incorrect".
-> Of course it´s not..
I also noticed that on the old Maestro i can not use the view-option while putting in the password. the symbol at the end of the line is shown, but touching is not working.
this is also working on the new maestro as it should.
i´m running SmartSDR 3.8.23 on both maestros.

anyone else having this problem or did i miss something lately?

tnx de Uli DK8NE

    Most often, when you have a failure like this on SmartSDR v3.8, it is due to a loss of connection to the SmartLink server. Unfortunately, the error message is not accurate. This is something we have addressed in the current version v3.10. Restarting the client should address this issue and reconnect to the SmartLink server. If you continue to have trouble, please submit a helpdesk ticket and we'll do what we can to help you get it sorted.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
