CAT working differently after I reset my 8600, v3.9.19

I reset my 8600 and all is working well after I put my configuration items back into SMARTSDR.

I did notice one thing that is different. I noticed that when I shutdown SMARTSDR my SPE linear amp doesnt know that CAT is gone. I believe it used to notice that CAT was gone and display a CAT error on its screen. Is there a setting that tells CAT to notify devices when its going down? Everything else looks good, maybe I forgot a configuration item.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
