Garbled CW (6400/Maestro C/3.8.23)

Hi,
in some rare occasions QSO partners report garbled CW from my remote operated Flex 6400. With a public Web-SDR I was able to verify that. It's only when keying with a paddle.
When the CW is garbled, symptoms are:
- Signal is ok when keying with N1MM
- Signal is ok when keying with Software (e.g. CWType for CQ-loops)
- Keying with a paddle connected to the Maestro, the local sound is clear and ok, but the transmitted signal is rubbish.
Workaround: Restarting the 6400. After a reboot everything is fine for several days. Until it happens again...
I do not want to monitor my signal permanently. Is there anything I can do to always have a clean signal when using the paddle?

Try setting a higher CW delay value. When operating remotely, I often need to increase it to 300 or 350 ms.
