Improve VOX Implementation

I have a 8600 as well as the Power Genius, Tuner Genius, and Antenna Genius. My issue with the radio is the VOX operation. This is the only radio that I can recall that the VOX audio path is linked to the mic gain. Since I've been a VOX user most of my years in the hobby this makes the VOX gain adjustment very difficult. This is the only rig I've ever had that the VOX is implemented in this manner. It would be wonderful if this could be incorporated.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
