Low Power on one port in the Tuner Genius

I have opened a help desk ticket, but will take a shot on here.

First, I switched out my old HP Win 10 machine for a NUC with Win 11. Did a clean install of all of the Flex and related apps. That as the only change.

SteppIR vertical on TG Port 1 and a Inverted L on Port 2.

Running 100w from a 6600 to to the TG. If I try to tune on Port 1 I get a "Low RF Power" warning. FT8/CW the TG utility shows max 15w out (although an external metter shows 100w). I have confirmed the TX Band settings are set for 100w/10w tune. Port 2 with the inverted L is normal. Tuning works and the correct RF out is shown.

Increasing tune power to 40w on port 1 will allow tune to work, but still shows 15w out on 100w drive.

I have cold booted the TG twice. Same issue. Latest 1.2.11 firmware. On the Win 10 machine I had not upgraded the TG firmware (this is at my remote station). Can one downgrade the TG to the old firmware?

It is odd this problem cropped up when I changed the computer! Settings are the same as they were with the old Win 10 machine (circa 2107 and not upgradable to Win 11) other than the TG was running the older firmware.

Any ideas?

and interestingly while Antenna 2 operates fine and the TG shows a low SWR, the PGXL is tripping with high SWR alarms (and shows high SWR on the utility).
