I had a small problem with my new 8400M. A piece of tape holding a weight in the vfo A knob had come loose and was making noise when I rotated the knob. Tuesday morning I put in a trouble ticket and when I got back from lunch I had a response from Tim. He explained what was the problem and told me how to fix it in less than 5 minutes. You just can't beat service like that.

I do complain when I have a problem. So I should also acknowledge great service.
