Flex 6600 is not seen anymore

I was running a contest when the flexradio GUI just start to slow down until it stopped.

I tried to restart SmartSDR but it won't recognize the Flex. I tried more time with no success so i reset the rig (following Flex instrucions). Neither that solved the problem.

I tried to connect directly to a spare PC ethernet Port and to my laptop with no success.

One thing that drives me nervous is that the button light is solid green but there are no activity lights in the RJ45 port (in the flex back).

Reading the entire community I found few ethernet issues caused by lightning which is not my case, however I can't get access.

I already submitted a ticket which hopefully does not bring to ship the Rig to US :)

Is anyone have some suggestion, something to try?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
