Hello everyone,
I now have TunerGeniusXL v1.2.11 and PowerGeniusXL v3.8.9 with an Icom IC-7760.
I am experiencing several minor issues.
First of all, during the TUNE operation, I find that TunerGeniusXL requests RF power too quickly, which sometimes makes it difficult to click on Tune and then quickly switch the radio to TX. Is there a setting for this?
Secondly, my biggest problem is that during QSOs (approximately 1000W output, SWR at 1.25 max),
the PGXL goes into error with the message “HIGHT SWR FIRM” or “HIGHT SWR RFP” even though the TXGL indicates a good SWR.
My wiring diagram is as follows:
CIV Icom to PGXL / LAN from PGXL to TXGL
Icom SEND to TXGL then TXGL to PXGL
TX Delay at 30 ms (max on Icom)
Finally, I would like to place the TXGL as close as possible to the antenna, but I only have a coax + power supply + LAN in the shack.
How can I move the PTT IN via the LAN?
Thank you all for your answers.

One thing you should do without fail is to refer all this to 4O3A via their help desk ticket system. Register if not already done so, then go to and get the unequivocal answers.

it is dangerous to key the amplifier before the TGXL. The correct order is key TGXL then amp then radio. Increase your TX delay as high as possible but at least 40 ms. If the radio won’t do it then WSJTX will. If you don’t you will **** the finals in the 7760
All of this has been discussed multiple times up herePeter

Hello W2PP,
I don't use WSJTX.
My wiring is correct: Icom => Tuner => Power supply.
But the TX delay is at a maximum of 30 ms on Icom.
I can't use a foot pedal because my 7760 is remote via Ethernet.0 -
ah I misread your comment
