FlexRadio Maestro C Battery Not Charging and Failing to Power Device

I'm experiencing an issue with my FlexRadio Maestro C. One of my batteries, despite showing a 40% charge, will neither charge further nor power the Maestro. In contrast, a second battery charges normally and operates the device without any problems. Given that the problematic battery displays a charge level but fails to function, what could be the underlying issue? Is it possible that the battery is faulty, or could there be another explanation? Has anyone else encountered a similar situation or have insights into potential solutions?

Hi Ron… based on the symptoms, I suspect the battery is giving you a 'ghost' charge level. It's actually dead and cannot generate enough current to power anything.

I would open up a Help Desk ticket and let them help you through more extensive diagnostics. It may lead, tho, to needing a replacement battery.

An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu.
