Some changes after the latest firmware/software update

It seems like the changes in the firmware also has affected my Mac software also. First Id like to get a clarification on the differences in firmware and software function regarding these radios and what an update for Windows changes. I have two operating positions here. A Windows machine and a Mac mini. The new Windows firmware/software have affected the settings of my processor. Now the if I set my mic level at -10 db my processor compressor goes up to 15 to 20 db compression. Way more than before. So does this mean that the Windows software/firmware affect the Mac? Can the the firmware be updated without a Windows Machine? I'm confused

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
