Trying to operate my FLEX-6600 with SPE Expert 1K-FA

I have used this combination for several years now, but after disconnecting and reconnecting the 6600 for an SD card replacement, I can't get the amp to transmit when I key the xcvr. (Yes, I do have the amp in operate mode.)

I have Dan Tassel's cable between the devices, with the USB and TX1 connectors appropriately positioned. But I can't remember the other rear connections. Specifically, where does the Relay connector on the back of the amp connect to the 6600?

Tnx. John W4KV

So I referred back to a previous post of mine. I simply needed to check the bands for which I wanted the xcvr to key the amp. I do have the cables properly connected. Maybe the new SD card deleted the Tx Profile info?
