Maestro PR781 VOX

I have successfully connected my Heil PR781 mic to my 8600 using a Heil CC-1-XLR-YM cable and homebrewed 8 pin male plug to TRS plug adaptor. This is how I wired a 3.5mm TRS plug to 8 pin male plug.

TRS Ring to Pin 8 of 8 pin male plug

TRS Sleeve Pin 7 of 8 pin male plug

When I plug my adaptor into the 8600 back panel mic jack the mic works well and trips the VOX.

When I try to plug my homebrew adapter into the mic jack of the Maestro C-Y Cable the VOX will not trip. What do I need to do in order to use the PR781 with the Maestro in VOX mode?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
