Flex 6400 no control over Main Audio Mac or PC

I can turn it on or off but cannot mute or control level of audio from the Flex. Each slice audio however I can mute and control level. I can control mute and levels coming out of the PC or Mac. This is both for a Mac or PC. I've done a factory reset to no avail.

Software/firmware 3.8.23. for PC and 2.9 7 for the Mac.

Any suggestions?

I pulled the trigger too quick. The powered speakers were plugged into the headphones out jack.

    Hi John, try plugging the speakers into the PWR-SPKR jack instead of the headphone jack.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
