3.8.23 will not install into Flex6600

in FLEX-6000 Signature Series

3.8.23 will not install into my 6600. I searched and found one post about this but not much info there.

Installed fine on PC but when trying to install onto 6600 the progress bar graph proceeds to the right all the way and the flex stays in purple mode but than nothing. Waited 30 min for it to complete but no progress. Tried cold booting and long press power to reset the 6600 but same thing, just hangs.

Presently running 3.8.19 and that installed fine.

SN 1120-1088-6600-4670 about 5 years old, Older Hardware issue??

Should I try 3.8.20 or .21 to see if they work?

    Hi George, I don't think loading an earlier version will help. Do an export of your profiles, then try a factory reset followed by an import of your profiles. Then give it another try.

    If it still doesn't load, submit a help desk ticket, Flex Support will know what to do.

    Tried a different computer, failing one was a laptop(Win10), the desktop(Win11) worked. Same network same switch…

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
