    I have a Heil HM-12 MIC and a Heil SS-1-K MIC adapter. Will it work with the Flex 6300?

    I am a 87 year old newbie Flexer and I am about to receive my 6300. and of course searching for solutions.

      I suspect that the Heil SS-1-K adapter cable is for KENWOOD radios.

      The FlexRadio Mic connector is wired differently - more like a YAESU.

      An adapter built for a KENWOOD will not work.
