Contacting 4O3A

Hello,

About a week ago I contacted support at 4O3A and opened a ticket. Initially I had a reply in a couple days but since then I have received no communication via email or an update on their web ticketing system.

Can anyone tell me if this is typical?

    Hi Jeff,

    Yeah, I'd say that's typical. I had a support ticket in for months recently before someone finally replied. On other occasions I've received near immediate responses. The good news is they're very helpful when you get their attention.

    Hi Again Geoff,

    First, I just noticed I misspelled your name previously. I'm an idiot. Sorry !

    Second, I wanted to add that there have been times when I really needed to get ahold of them when they weren't responding. I eventually managed to get their attention by sending emails that said, "First Try-", then a week or so later, "Second Try-" and so on appended to the front of the "Subject" field which did eventually work. Personally, I don't like to do things like that unless absolutely necessary but depending on what's going on, you might consider something like that.
