Does a 6400 need 3.8.23

Looks like the newest update is aimed at the 8600. Should we 6400 owners install 3.8.23? By the way did I miss 3.8.22?

    There was no publicly released 3.8.22. There is nothing that I know of that the 6400 needs in 3.8.23, but as a matter of best practice, I always update to the latest version, just in case there is some small thing that affects my radio. If you are on any version 3 earlier than 3.8, I would definitely upgrade.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
