flexcontrol not working; 8400 3.8.21

I can plug/unplug/plug it in and see it in Windows 11 Device Manager. I used it on my 6400 just fine but now, no joy. I got it to work once but the frequency adjust resolution was pitifully slow, so I know it was working, ever so briefly.

Any thoughts?

Go into device manager and move the flex control to com 99. Reboot everything and then find it in settings and see if that fixes it.

Actually tech support had me move it off of the hub and directly to the PC and it works now. However, I'll try your suggestion because it'd be nice to have the hub working.

Hi, I now have a similar problem with 8400M and Flexcontrol. I have changed the COM to a 5, this is also shown as serial USB in the device manager but when I open SDR it does not work. I can also change the COMN but it does not start either.

Does anyone else have any good advice please?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
