Flex and startlink

I just installed Startlink service, my connection has improved for the better, but the problem I have is that it automatically disconnects in less than 25 minutes of being connected. I tested it with my Maestro and also with a PC, both with startlink, and it happens the same before 25 minutes, it disconnects and I have to start everything again. Any setting I have to do to avoid it?
