Flex 6400 recorded audio play back is very low

Can someone help me? When I play back audio recorded on my 6400 sometimes and audio is very loud, when the station is 20-30 over, but when I play back recorded audio from someone who is S9 or lower, the audio is very low. I run external audio gear and the amp/LP 100a are showing 1-2 watts of output with a lower signal. Im figuring there is a level I need to increase on the radio and just can't seem to figure it out. Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
