No WSJT-X TX PWR after Win 11 upgrade

After upgrading my Win10 system to Win11 I now have no TX PWR out from WSJT-X (Smart SDR V3.8.20). I fully uninstalled SmartSDR, including DAX drivers, and have the same problem. Tune on the radio TX control works and DAX TX Stream show full scale level. I have the same setup on a new Win11 Mini PC that works fine. Win11 sound mixer shows DAX Audio TX at only 1/3 scale audio level vs full scale on the working system. If I direct the WSJT-X Tune output to speakers I do have tone. Any suggestions on what W11 settings may be causing this issue?

Just a possibility but I have seen this before: Ensure that in W11 settings that there still remains a default output device, even if it a dummy one. System>Sound>Output.

Otherwise, if no solutions here or you have not fixed it, the Helpdesk will know what to do.
