    V3 updates on 6000 series units

    Was on net two weeks ago and two participants stated that with the new v3 software (3.20 or 3.21) they experienced improvement in noise reduction and (I believe) also the noise blanker.

    Note that I do realize the algorithm may or may not be effective with the noise it is exposed to.

    My question is since I have a 6400, if I move to v3, might I possibly see an enhancement in these functions, or am I limited because these enhancements require the extra computing horsepower of the 8000 family units?

      My 6500 worked great with power line noise after 3.8.19, I'm currently on dot 21.
