Windows 11 startup crash

Hello,
I have been working with a flexradio 6600 for several years with great pleasure.
I currently use smartsdr 3.8.20 under Windows 11 and with several different computers. Desktop and Notebook.
However, a very annoying phenomenon is occurring on these various machines.
Every time there's a change to the peripheral configuration, adding or removing a new USB device, a mouse, a new network configuration, a major operating system update, the next time the machine starts up, there's a BSoD. The computer reboots once or twice.
Over time, I've come to understand that this phenomenon is linked to the use of Veeam EndPoint backup software. If I uninstall it, this phenomenon never occurs. Similarly, if I uninstall smartSDR and the drivers, there's no crash.
Windows, Veeam End Point and SmartSDR (3.8.21) are up to date. This phenomenon has been observed on Windows 7, Windows 10 and Windows 11.
How can this problem be solved? Synchronization of service startup?
Many thanks
