Problem with working in split in SmartSDR

First of all:

This item has been discussed before, but did not provide a solution for me.
The split setting works without problems as described in the SmartSdr documentation, also with the keyer this didn't not cause any problems.
It only goes wrong when the control is used with N1MM, the up frequency remains the listening frequency. I've submitted this problem on the N1MM forum and they say that the problem lies with SmartSDR and that they have to solve it.
Can someone explain to me in simple terms how everything works and how or where I have to adjust the settings.
