VOX missing audio

in FLEX-8000 Signature Series

I'm having a real problem with my VOX. Quite often it trips into xmit but has no audio. It's a real problem. I have to look at the monitor to make sure it has audio on it. Very frustrating. Running Win11 and 3.8.21.
