Reversed power polarity to flex 6300 and it now does not turn on.

I inadvertently reveresed polarity of the power to my flex 6300. It now does not turn on. Any suggestions as to measures I can take to get it running again?

Hi Craig, the first thing I would do is to check to see if the fuse is blown. I would also do a visual inspection looking for burned or cracked components near the fuse. If you don't see anything obvious, submit a help desk ticket.

The fuse is inside the radio, it's automotive type. You will need a Number 9 Torx bit to take the cover off.

Thank you all for your help. Indeed, the 30 amp automotive type fuse was blown. No other apparent issues were observed. The radio is back on line and society is restored.
