Issues with Rotator Genius

Good afternoon. I know that Rotator Genius is not a FRS product, but while I wait for 4O3A support to answer I thought maybe here I could get some ideas.

I have a Rotator Genius with latest firmware and latest windows app, operating with an Astron SS-30 power supply. The Azimuth Sensor is on the antenna. I'm having problemas using the Window app as it keeps disconnecting and closing as soon as I click on the CW or CCW to move the antenna and now it doesnt move either manually at the control box at the remote site.

Below is a picture of the error message I get on the Windows app and a quick video on the display of the control.

Maybe someone can give me some ideas.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
