Interface cable for ICOM SM30 microphone to foot switch to 6400M radio?

I had bookmarked a Flex cable that would allow an ICOM SM30 desk mic to the 6400M radio.

Also interface a foot switch in line. I went to purchase the cable from the Flex Store, and now it is gone.

I'd like to be able to do this for a present for my wife.

If no longer available, how can I wire a rig up to do this?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
