I also keep getting un registered from smartlink....????? Also can't get port 4993 to show open on an external port checker....4994 shows open but 4993 is always closed, even though I get the green light on the smartlink tester
  • To anyone following...I found the issue....I was connecting remotely with a T mobile wireless router and it wasn't passing all the data....I switched to Verizon 5G wireless router and it works fine....The flex is connected to Fios internet and that end is working fine....

I have a 6400 and no audio on smartlink. spectrum is there but no audio. the smart SDR says "data not arriving from radio check firewall" What firewall, where, which end? The remote router firewall the home router firewall? The laptop firewall? I had this all working and checked before I shipped the 6400 to the remote site. Does anyone ahave a suggestion?

UPDATE—I turned off the firewall on the router here at the remote QTH. I can hear faint internal spkr PC audio, DAX is configured for slice 1, the antenna is good, I can tune the remote antenna but no audio through the DAX. It still says no audio from the radio check firewall.. help!
