Uploading contacts from my IOS (v 7.0.43) to QRZ

When uploading my logbook to QRZ (logbackup.adi), all previous contacts get uploaded AGAIN, resulting in 2 entries for the same contact. This does NOT happen when I connect on a windows PC.

I thought that a work-a-round would be to simply delete the old adi file on my iPod after uploading to QRZ but since I'm an IOS newbie, I can't find the apple equivilent of "file manger."

go to the app "Files" then select "On My iPhone". Then look for the file folder "SmartSDR". Inside it, you will find the log file (file ending in .adi) Press and hold on that file, the select Delete. Then you can go back in the app and download your updated file to that directory.

Note: if you have icloud enabled there is a different location.

Again, go to go to the app "Files" then select "iCloud Drive". Then look for the file folder "SmartSDR". Inside it, you will find the log file (file ending in .adi) Press and hold on that file, the select Delete. Then you can go back in the app and download your updated file to that directory.

I use an app called Ham-Toolbox (created by the same developer) to manage the logbook file. You can setup linking to LOTW, QRZ, ClubLog, and eQSL in it. Then it will do pushes and pulls of updates to all of them. Very handy and saves a lot of time. I have the logbook directory in my WSJTX setup to go to that logbook in my icloud drive. Then when i work anyone on the app, on my pc with wsjtx, or other means, they all are always up to sync with one another. This adif is also used to manage my alerts on JTAlert. Give it a try. You will be glad you did.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
