Cannot log into SmartSDR

I am getting an "Email or password is incorrect" when I try to log into SmartSDR on my Windows machine. I have reset the password and am 100% positive it is correct. I am able to log into SmartLink on my 6600M. I have tried rebooting the Windows PC and also reinstalling the SmartSDR software.
I am seeing my radio in the list below the login. I am stumped.
