I'm not certain I understand the question, but there is a product called the "HaliKey" that connects your key to your computer and generates a local, low-latency side tone for remote operations.
See https://electronics.halibut.com/product/halikey/

Thanks for the quick reply but that devise is for operate in cw with paddle via usb socket. Here I use a contest logger like n1mm or Win-test to generate cw. My problem is i can't eard cw sidetone in my headphone during transmission. 73 Pat F6IIT0

I think I understand. You are using Smart SDR for macOS (SSDR Mac) to operate your Flex, correct? If so, I would recommend you use SSDR Mac along with the HaliKey to generate your CW sidetone, and not N1MM or WinTest.
See:
and look at the CW Keyer section. That document also discusses the HaliKey.0 -
I operate the flex with SSDR for windows and SSDR-CAT with one comm port as CAT system and another to emulate winKey. In n1mm or win-test the setup is easy and it run's well. i'd just like to ear cw sidetone :-) during transmission. I'll check about Halikey does.0

Understood. Your question appears here in the SSDR for Mac forum and that’s why I mentioned that macOS app.
You may want to visit the Windows Smart SDR forum and post your question there for further assistance.0 -
Oh sorry for the mistake - i'll post it on SSDR for Windows. King regards1

I,m also using N1MM remotely with SSDR to a 6600. I can see that the 6600 is being keyed by N1MM but there appears to be no way the actually hear the sidetone generated by the 6600. I may be missing something, I'm no software genius, but you would think Flexradio could have solved this problem by now. I love the Flex, but it's frustration.0

Local Flex: N1MM keying is only heard at the radio speaker connections. SSDR will not send audio back to a different control (e.g. N1MM WinKeyer back to a Maestro or the computer)
I have seen some alternatives. This question is further complicated by remote. I am also looking for an answer in my future configuration.

I think you can fix this by using the Flex Maestro-C

There is an inexpensive product called the HaliKey by Halibut Electronics that facilitates a local CW sidetone for folks using SSDR for Mac. Not sure about Windows, though.
You may want to post in the Windows forum. Good luck!

Not sure if this thread is specific about the Mac.
For Windows users there is this free software option:
While this solution is implemented in hardware and is independent by the OS.
