Stream deck Set up Error message

I am setting up a streamdeck and can not get Radio function buttons to work. when I press the {FRStack Streamdeck intergration button W311} An error message pops on my screen( Attached)
Equipment set up:
Flex 6400
HP Omen Laptop Windows 11 Home, 32Mb Ram , 2Tb SSI, Intel Core i9, 165Hz refresh, nvida GEFORCE RTX Video card
Stream Deck 15 key
Stream deck keys loaded:
Smart SDR 3.8.19
DAX 3.8.19
Smart SDR 3.8.19
Tuner Genius 1.2.11
Antenna Genius 4.1.16

Programmer skill level: 2 finger typest with back lighted keys.

    I looks like you are having trouble connecting through the localhost due to some type of conflict. Try using this URL http://127.0.0.1.5025/api.
