The manual says that we short the RPO to power-up and open it to power-down. The manual also says not more than 3.3 Vdc.

Use a dry contact relay to shortbthe Remote Power On RCA jack on back of radio.
no need for any voltage to the jack.

I use a DLI AC Relay off one outlet of DLI Web Switch Pro. The AC relay has 120 volt coil and a common, normally open and normally closed dry relay contact out.
