Power Limited to 10w

So, no matter what I do on the Band Settings table, I cannot adjust the output power on the radio (Flex 6600) )any higher than 10w. This is true on the TUNE option as well.
I have a Mercury III linear on ANT1 and an end fed Dipole on AMT2. The Band Settings table seems pretty useless, it just follows the slider setting,
What am I missing?

In Settings, TX tab, check that you have Max Power set to 100.

    Thanks, That was it!
( Hint to the software team... Seems like those things should all be in one place.)
    Thanks again, 73.
