How might port fowarding for other applications (ham) affect "Smartlink"

Hello I am running smartlink with no issues. I have set my TP Link router to "Bind" the IP address for my Flex 6400. So that the same IP is assigned to the radio each time it is turned on. So even with DHCP enabled. With "Binding" the Flex 6400 should load up on 192.168.0.90. And UPnP is enabled. And smart link is working fine. Now here the question. If I setup and turn on "Port Forwarding" for other ham radio applications such as "Echolink" that requires UDP ports 5198 and 5199 to be forwarded. And then you setup a rule in the router for this. How might it effect "Smart Link" ? Other programs like Yaesu Wires X requires UDP ports 46100, 46110, 46112, 46114, 46120, 46122. So if I set up these port forwarding rules might it affect "Smart Link" ?
Thank you.

I use a TP Link router. You don't say which one but I expect they all behave the same. All my port forwarding rules are independent of each other. Certainly none affect SmartLink.
