Maestro-C doesn’t provide Touch-Screen or Mouse capability to external monitor output

I cannot find an external monitor that supports touch screen capability via its HDMI input.
HDMI connections do not support touch-screen. All of the many external monitors that I researched, require a USB-C Thunderbolt type input for touch-screen (as noted in monitor documentation). I tried USB-C to HDMI adapters and adapter cables, but they don't work. Nor does a mouse work with Maestro HDMI output connected to a PC monitor.
So, do I correctly assume that I need to give-up pursuing these options?

The “M” models don’t support them via the HDMI outputs, either. The purpose of the HDMI output is simply to mirror what is on the Maestro/M model screen.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
