Networking and Maestro C - wired Ethernet now works on battery!

My Maestro B wouldn't do wired-networking on battery - I asked, and Flex informed me this was a power-convervation choice they made. WiFi only when using battery; Ethernet consumed too much power.

I am delighted to find that my Maestro C does wired-Ethernet beautifully when using battery!

I've operated my Maestro C all day at my workplace (SmartControl mode), where WiFi is incompatible. And as for battery life, I've consumed about 50% in 5.5 hours (in SmartControl, my PC does all the audio and moving graphics - this must help extend battery).

Well done! A nice product refinement. Ethernet on battery works!

Yup, that is good news. I haven't had occasion to try that yet so I'm glad to hear it ! Thanks for reporting it, Gord !
