Kenwood Commands in the CAT File

Does anyone know how to enter the Kenwood commands into your CAT File. I looked out on the web, and saw plenty of commands, but no instructions on how to do this in the CAT File.

    hi Mark

I hope you are doing well.

Kenwood is a protocol, similar to Yaesu or Icom’s Ci-V. So, what this means is if the logging program supports Kenwood then just create a CAT port which would be dedicated for the logging program. Make note of the Com port number created. When creating the port in CAT, enable auto reporting.

Do this in SmartSDR CAT before starting your logging program. Then start the logging program and go into the settings and under radio type, choose Kenwood and the com port number you created.
the logging program should start receiving frequency and mode info.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
