upgrade - audio but not video

I upgraded to 3.7.4 and I got audio but not video output. I then downgraded to 3.6 and had the same result. Originally started at 3.5.9.

I am running a 6400 on a windows 10 machine.

How can i get the video back?

    H John… I think we need a bit more info to help you out.

    How is your shack configured? Is the radio directly connected to your PC? Or are you running remotely through SmartLink? If the latter, what network are you using? Local Wi-Fi? Remote over a provider (if the radio is some distance from your operating position)?

    When you say "…audio but not video output." what do you mean? Does this mean you can hear the radio audio (band noise, signals, etc.) coming out of your headphones/speakers but can't see a panadapter?

    I take from your note that everything was working fine under 3.5.9 but stopped when you upgraded? Did anything else change? Did you have any difficulties with the upgrade?

    Thanks Don,

    Radio and computer (win10) connected to the same router.

    Yes can hear through the headphones but no panadapter.

    It was working ok on 3.5.9 and no problems with the upgrade process.

    Hi John, try a factory reset after exporting your profiles. If that doesn't work, I would submit a help desk ticket.

    Hi John…OK, thanks. It's possible the panadapter window is coming up somewhere you're not expecting it (Windows does this sometimes, especially if you have multiple monitors) or is not coming up at all.

    First thing may be to try a full reset of the radio (backup your profiles first!) and see if that helps.

    If that doesn't help, I'd open up a Help Desk Ticket.

    I opened a Help Desk ticket. Tim very quickly resolved the problem -

     SmartSDR settings file was corrupted. Very fast service from Flex and resolution.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu.
