A Menu/CLR VFO knob does not do anything when you push it in

My Flex 6600M A VFO knob does not work pushing it in. Used to work fine, but now does not bring up the menu screen. Is there an alternative to get the band, filter, etc menu? Is this something I can fix or does it have to go back to Flex? The B VFO knob works fine. Thank-you, Bob W0RJE

Help desk responded quickly. The Allen **** that holds the knob on must of come loose and pushing the knob was not going far enough in to trip the switch. Readjusted the knob and works perfect! Thank-you, Bob W0RJE
