SmartSDR iOS remote access oddity with Starlink

This seems to have just started since switching my internet to Starlink and happens when I log in remotely from another location.

SmartSDR for Windows works perfectly, however when I log in remotely using my iPhone and SmartSDR for iOS, if I key up (any mode and any power, even zero watts) packets are lost/dropped. I see this both as a stuttering on the iPhone screen as well as the Pingplotter program running on the remote sites computer.

I don't understand what is different when logging in with SmartSDR for iOS vs. the Windows app. I've looked through the various settings but don't see anything obvious, and nothing has changed since I used it successfully with a different internet provider.

Also one more piece of data: If I am connected with my iPhone and try to key down with SmartSDR for Windows, I also get the dropped packets. It's as though the iOS connection is causing a problem with the remote connection.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
