Band Button Issue

Hi,
I have a new-to-me FLEX-6400M that just came back from service and I'm brand new to the Flex so I'm probably missing something simple.
Some of the band buttons on my 6400-M do not work correctly. On the front panel, when I click 80 both slices turn off. I can push RX and enter a frequency and it then works fine until the next time I push 80.
When I click 40 it takes me to the 80m band with an A slice on 3.950.
Whatever I do these two things keep happening when I click either of those two band buttons.
FYI - All the other band buttons work correctly and I'm not sure if this was a problem before the recent service as I had barely turned it on.
I've searched the archives and found similar problems but no definitive solution although I may have missed it.

What is the version of your radio firmware Brian? 2.x? 3.x?
And welcome to the world of Flex radio!

My suspicion is that this is a 'persistence issue' where the radio remembers where it last was when on 'that band' (i.e. if you tuned the radio out of the 80m to the 40m band without pressing the 40m button).
My suggestion would be to try a full reset of the radio first and see if that clears things up. If that doesn't work, then maybe contact the Help Desk by opening up a Service Ticket. They are really great at sorting these things out.
